To facilitate fast, accurate supply of parts through distributors all over Europe, Yanmar has established a large spare parts depot in the Netherlands.
The process of ordering parts is supported by an Automatic Back Ordering System. This means that all parts directly available in Europe will be reserved immediately. Any parts that are not directly available in Europe will be automatically ordered in Japan. About 80 % of all orders can be handled directly. For parts ordered from Japan, the factory has a turnaround time of two to four days.
